- October 26th | Parents can shop during Conferences from 8:00am - 10:00 am.
Did you know your students can make purchases with a personal eWallet account. An eWallet account allows students an easy way to shop at the book fair! It is a digital account...shopping without cash. After you set up an eWallet account your student can shop for books on their own and check out easily. Any leftover funds can be used to shop on-line at Scholastic or for future book fairs. Cash, cards and checks are also accepted methods of payments.

Want to buy your tickets or bracelet in advance? Purchase using Venmo at @smspso97140 or by scanning the QR code below. Please include your child's name(s), grade level(s), and details of what you are purchasing (for example: "two unlimited games bracelets"). Tickets and bracelets will also be available for purchase at the event entry via cash, debit/credit, and ApplePay.
Volunteer Background Checks
Every volunteer in Sherwood School District must have a criminal background check completed each school year (July 1-June 30). Background checks take 7-10 business days to process. Background checks are required for each school year, so background checks completed prior to July 1, 2023 are not valid for the 23-24 school year.
Once your background checks clear, names are added to the approved volunteer list for all SSD schools. Please note: no approval notice goes out to cleared volunteers, so if you have questions about your submission or want to confirm your background check has been processed and approved, please contact the office of the school you would like to volunteer
To complete the volunteer approval process for 2023-24, please complete the form below:
Get Involved
- Background checks are completed online: Background Check Forms. Background checks may take up to 10 days to process.
