In your Account and Billing page, you can view the details regarding your smore for team membership, and accept an invitation if you havenβt done so already! To access the Smore for Teams section:
1. Click on "Account" in the upper right corner of your home page and select "Account & Billing"
This is where you will find information about your plan, login details, and billing information.
2. Scroll down to "Smore for Teams" right under your account information
Here you will see the name of your Smore for Teams Plan, what type of membership you have and how many email credits your team has.

How can I know what permission level I have in a Smore for Teams Plan?
Under the name of the Smore for Teams Plan, you will see your permission level. If you're an Admin/Owner, you will also have the "Management Dashboard" button next to the name of the Account.
How can I check if I have been invited to join my school's Smore for Teams Plan?
Head to your Account and Billing page and scroll down to the Smore for Teams section. If you've been invited to join your school's Smore for Teams Plan, you will see the name of the Team Account and "Invitation" underneath it. To join the plan, simply click on the "Join" button.
What do email credits mean?
Each Team Account comes with a shared pool of email credits that renew each month. Each time a team member sends a newsletter via Smore a credit is removed from the pool. If you have no credits left, reach out to support!
