The Cowboy Way: Lesson 1
It is important for everyone on campus to do their part to keep our campus safe. Students are a big part of this effort. In order to help students understand their part in this process, our school developed an easy-to-remember system called The Cowboy Way. Below is a video, that was shared with staff and students, that describes the Cowboy Way.

Lunch Time Activities with the Wellness Center
Coloring is a healthy way to relieve stress. It can improve sleep and fatigue while decreasing body aches, heart rate, respiration and feelings of depression and anxiety.
The Wellness Center hosted a lunch time activity where students and staff could come and color together.
Thank you to all that came out, we look forward to more lunch time activities in the future.
Students and staff are welcome to join the Wellness Center team on October 18th during lunch to paint a haunted bird house.
