SOUP DRIVE: Thank you to everyone who was willing and able to support our canned soup collection for the Bath Area Food Bank. I plan to add up the totals this weekend. However, I can say that with your support we collected OVER 300 cans!!! I remember a few years ago overhearing one student tell another student, “wow, look at all those cans, my family goes to the food bank for food sometimes.” This will be a great support to families in need.
VOLUNTEERS: Sometimes our need for parent volunteers or chaperones arises spontaneously. To volunteer or chaperone, you need to have completed the volunteer application at least a week prior. The volunteer application must be completed each school year. This used to be a paper application that has now gone digital. This is NOT the annual update that you completed in the parent portal. I encourage you to complete the volunteer application ASAP so you do not miss an opportunity to support your child’s classroom.
