A Note from Mrs. Pitts
Dear RES Families,
Please read this as we could use the help of our home teams as we reach this home stretch!
- We strongly encourage non-food items for all events, birthdays, etc. If you are planning on sending food of any kind into school, you must notify Lori Flint (lflint@sau50.org) and the teacher one WEEK prior so we can be vigilant and work with our teachers and families around the food students are being served. if food appears and the nurse has not been notified prior, then we cannot serve the food to our students.
- Our RES staff has found that as the spring comes, sometimes we forget some of our basic rules, such as being respectful to adults, being kind to one another and being safe with our bodies. If you would have a conversation at home about the importance of making good choices and the magic of ending the school year in a positive way, that would be very helpful!
- All students' lunch accounts must be paid in full. Students cannot carry a negative balance. If children are in the red, they cannot purchase ice cream. We are more than happy to help if you don't know how to access your account or pay online! All positive balances will carry over to the next school year.
THANK YOU for considering!
Sincerely,
Michelle Pitts
