Teachers have started to send out invitations for their classroom end-of-year learning celebrations via Remind. If you haven't received an invite from your child's teacher yet, you will soon. Below are the dates for the learning celebrations that have been planned so far.

1st Grade: Hippner/Perrella - Thursday, May 5th, 1:30 - 2:30 pm

1st Grade: Bayless/Gallego - TBD

3rd Grade: Alexander/Clark & Chavez - May 20th, 8-10:30 am

4th Grade: Walters - May 18th, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm

4th Grade: Prokop - May 19th, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm

4th Grade: Martinez - May 20th, 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
5th Grade: During 5th Grade Promotion

Can you sing, dance, play an instrument, do magic tricks, or do you have a special skill? We want to see...show us on the Virtual Talent Show! Students will have 2 more weeks to come up with an act, rehearse, and record their talent. Since this is virtual, the sky's the limit with how creative you can be!

Videos can be uploaded through April 30th so everyone can watch the week of May 2nd. Please try to keep performances to 3 minutes or less. When you're ready to upload your video, you can do so HERE.

Each day during the morning announcements Mrs. Mulay reads shout outs for students who are caught being kind, safe or responsible. During teacher/staff appreciation week she would like to read shout outs for teachers/staff. Please take a moment to give a shout out to an employee who you appreciate by filling out this short form.

Congratulations and welcome to our new FFO board members! Becca Hudgens and Nicole Whelan, Co-Presidents, Jazlee Cossio, Vice President, Nita Jain, Secretary and Marissa Basch, Treasurer. Thank you to everyone who was able to make it to our first in person meeting. It was nice to finally meet some parents face to face! Hopefully we can have more of you join us in the future. Our next meeting is Wednesday, May 11.

We have TWO dine outs scheduled this month! The first will be Irene's Ice Cream and Cones ice cream truck at school on Tuesday, April 26 from 2:30-4:30. This will also be an opportunity for parents to shop our spring book fair. The next one will be the very next day, Wednesday, April 27, all day, at the Chick-fil-A on Tanque Verde.

Please bring attached flyer to Chick-fil-A when you visit.

Please join us next Tuesday, April 26 from 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm to shop our spring BOGO book fair! This will be the only opportunity for parents to shop the book fair. Credit cards and e-wallets accepted for parents, e-wallets only for student shopping times.

Today is the last day to purchase yearbooks!

5th GRADE PARENTS, it is also the last day to purchase a prideline (ad) for your student. This is just a small, 1/8 page "shout out" to your 5th grader and can include a picture. Ads are $5.
