Happy December!

We have made it! The final week before Christmas break! We have lots of fun things to do this week including cashing out the money we made on our "Classroom Store." The kids have been working hard on this and are excited to buy gifts for one another.

We will continue to do some review this week along with some fun activities.

Can you believe it is only 2 more weeks until Christmas break?! Time sure is flying by!

This week, we will continue to work on Westward expansion in Reading and reviewing time, money, and place value in math. We are also working hard at classroom jobs to earn money for our classroom store coming up! Your children are an amazing group to work with and I am so thankful to be their teacher.

I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving break with your family. It is a time for us all to slow down and enjoy our friends and family every year and I do my best to be sure to show them all how thankful I am for their love, joy, and kindness every year. And guess what-- I hope you all can feel that thankfulness for me as well! I appreciate you all!

We will be finishing up November with some exploration of Westward Expansion that will travel all the way into December. We are looking forward to learning all about the Wild West!

As we head into a very busy December, please remember to continue the homework routine nightly with your child.
