LADENA EADS NAMED DIRECTOR OF LEARNER SUPPORT
LaDENA EADS – Named Director of Learner Support
LaDena Eads, who has served as principal at George Junior High for the past six years, has been named Springdale District Director of Learner Support it was announced by Superintendent Dr. Jared Cleveland.
“Mrs. Eads is looking forward to an expanded district role serving and leading exceptional learners in the district,” said Dr. Cleveland. “She is a natural choice to lead SPED and oversee GT and 504 services. Although she will be missed at George Junior High, her positive impact in the full district will be immediately felt and appreciated.”
Eads added, “I am excited to serve Springdale students in a different capacity. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past six years at George Junior High with an amazing faculty that has shown me how to care even more deeply for students and their well-being.I am grateful to Dr. Cleveland and the administrative staff for this opportunity to serve in a district wide role.”
Eads is completing her 20th year in the Springdale School District. She taught biology for five years at Central Junior High before being named assistant principal at the school. After six years as assistant principal at Central, she was named assistant principal at Springdale High School, where she served for three years before becoming principal at George Junior High.
Eads also taught three years in Virginia, three years in Gillet, Arkansas and three years in Dumas before moving to Springdale. #THEChoice
