Design Thinking for Leaders Online Course Description
Design Thinking for Leaders: Design thinking is a human-centered approach to problem-solving and innovation. It can launch a new product or enterprise. And it can resolve social issues such as inadequate health services. It is being used by leaders for developing meaningful and useful responses to contemporary challenges. In this course, an overview of design thinking is used along with a model containing four key questions and several tools to help leaders understand design thinking as a problem solving approach. Lecture 3 hours; 3 credits. Prerequisite: Junior standing or permission of the instructor.
