Want to stay in the know with what is happening at school? Click the button to sign up to receive text messages. This is the best way to be alerted if a bus isn't running or there is inclement weather.

Here are some important reminders for May:

  • Calendar Change - because of the snow and tornado day, students' last day of school is Tuesday, May 31st.


  • Lost and Found - Make sure to write your child's name in jackets, coats, hats, etc so we can get things returned! Everything left at the end of the year will be donated!


  • Make sure to check backpacks! Lots of important information is coming home in newsletters and forms! Make sure to return any forms to your child's teacher!

  • Car rider drop-off is in the back of the building. Do not drop off students in the front or side of the building. Front of building entrance is for walkers only.

  • You must have a car-rider tag to pick up from the line. Otherwise you will have to go to the office to pick up your child. Please let your child's teacher or the office know if you need a car tag.

  • The school parking lot is a CELL PHONE FREE ZONE! It is against the law to use your cell phone while in a school zone. There is a $250 fine for the first offense.


  • ACT Aspire Testing - 4th and 5th grade just completed their ACT Aspire testing. 3rd grade starts their ACT Aspire testing Monday, May 2nd. It is very important that all students be at school each day and on time.


  • Kindergarten Celebration - will be Tuesday, May 17th at 5:00PM. This will be an in-person event.


  • 5th Grade Celebration - will be Thursday, May 26th at 5PM. This will be an in-person event.


  • Field Day - will be Friday, May 27th. Students will get wet. Please make sure to send a change of clothes and apply sunscreen before arriving to school.


  • Lost Library Books - please have all lost library books paid for by Friday, May 13th.


  • No School - Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day.


  • Last Day of School - is Tuesday, May 31st.

Upcoming Dates

**2022-2023 School Year - Early Out Wednesdays**
