I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We have a number of fun events coming up!
The House Leader Lollipop Sale begins tomorrow (look for flyers in backpacks!) and continues through January 31st. Lollipops will be delivered to classrooms during Random Acts of Kindness Week. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
Attention families of 4th & 5th grade Reading Olympians:
The GCPS Reading Olympics Tournament is scheduled for March 30th during school hours. Please continue to encourage your child to read from this selected book list and participate in the Reading Olympics module on Canvas. More information about the tournament will be going home soon. Thank you for your help!
We are collecting supplies for our "Spring into STEM" House Day in March. If you are interested in helping, please send in items like tape, cardboard boxes, and plastic cups for our STEM Supply Drive. Items can be placed next to the House boards by the library. Thank you! Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Let's raise some cheddar January 25 (this WEDNESDAY) from 4pm - 8pm during our Spirit Night fundraiser with Red Robin. 20% of Dine-in and To-Go fundraising sales is given back to Randolph Elementary School PTA. Join us in person and mention our fundraiser, or select Red Robin Short Pump Town Center when you order online at order.redrobin.com. Add our fundraiser to your cart then load up on Yummm!
Join us during our next PTA Meeting, February 8th at 4PM, where we will discuss how we will use our proceeds from the Glow Run to improve our outdoor learning space! Use the link below to RSVP! Goochland County Public Schools is accepting applications for preschool for the 2023-2024 school year! Goochland has preschool classrooms at each of its three elementary schools. These preschool programs are full-day programs and transportation to and from school is provided. Our preschool programs at Byrd Elementary School are for three- and four-year-olds. Our preschool programs at Randolph and Goochland Elementary Schools are for four-year-olds. You can apply for preschool using this online application.
