• Our 1st quarter of the 23-24 school year ended on 10/18.
• Students' report cards will be viewable on your Parent Portal on Wednesday, 10/25.

• Some classrooms are still in need of volunteers for the class Halloween Parties on 10/31.
• Now that we have allowed time for others to sign up, we are opening these spots up to anyone that would like to volunteer.

• Students can purchase Pumpkin Grams to send their friends around the school!
• They will be for sale during lunch time during the week of 11/23-11/27.
• PTO will also be set up from 3-6 PM on the 10/26 Conference Night if you would like to surprise your child or your child's friends with a Pumpkin Gram.
• The Pumpkin Grams will be delivered during the Halloween Parties.

• The Book Fair is coming up on 11/13-11/17.
• We are in need of volunteers to help run the book fair during the day for students.

• We will be hosting a Family Movie Night at Jefferson Elementary on Friday, 11/17 in the evening.
• Hotdogs, popcorn, candy, and water will be for sale at our concession stand.

• Thanks to the support of our families, friends, students, staff, and PTO we were able to raise $11,469.39 from our Jaguar Jog!
• We plan to use these funds to make playground enhancements, provide field trip and other learning opportunities for our students, and plan fun student experiences like our PBIS Quarterly Rewards.

Willoughby Middle School PTO is inviting all students and families in the district to this event!

Warrior Families PTO is getting excited to see our district staff take on the Harlem Wizards on October 28th! Come cheer on Jefferson Elementary's own Miss Henrich, Ms. Jacque, and Miss Ciferno as they take on the Wizards along with many other members of our district staff.

The Harlem Wizards players will be visiting our school on 10/25 during lunches to talk with the students and give away some free tickets!

They are looking for some volunteers to join in making this event as entertaining and fun as possible! There’s definitely some perks to volunteering & Warriors PTO is happy to answer any questions at warriorfamiliespto@gmail.com.

All Willoughby-Eastlake K-12 students will automatically receive a Willoughby-Eastlake Public library card as part of our community partnership with the public library system. If your child already has a library card, they will not receive a new one.

Cards are being issued for any newly enrolled students on a quarterly basis.

If you believe your child is experiencing challenges in terms of their mental well-being, it is important to reach out to your principal. To meet your child’s needs, it’s essential to collaborate with the principal and school personnel to explore resources and services available at school. In addition to Crossroads Counselors, the District also has family liaisons and guidance counselors who can provide needed interventions and support.
