Mill Valley Elementary 4th Grade Promotion Ceremony
Although it may seem difficult to believe, the Mill Valley Elementary journey for our fourth-graders is rapidly coming to an end. For parents/guardians, this is always a special moment. The Mill Valley Staff would like to extend their sincere congratulations to you on the special occasion. The celebration will be held outdoors on Tuesday, June 8th at Mill Valley Elementary. A rain date is scheduled for Wednesday, June 9th.
Each 4th grade teacher will have their own ceremony to be mindful of large gatherings.
**If you have twins in two separate classes, you can attend both ceremonies or communicate
with classroom teachers to have them join one class.
Ceremony times are as follows:
Mr. Papson’s class will be from 9:30-10:00am
Mr. Ernst’s class will be from 10:15-10:45am
Mrs. Bronstad’s class will be from 12:45-1:15pm
Mrs. Schaefer’s class will be from 1:30-2:00pm
Mrs. Driver’s class will be from 2:15-2:45pm
**Virtual students are invited to attend. Please contact the office at 262-971-1830.
Important Information:
Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your child’s ceremony.
The ceremony will be held on the blacktop area near door 12 (gym doors).
Each 4th grade student will be limited to no more than two adults for the ceremony. If this does not work for your family’s dynamics, please reach out to Mrs. Schrot.
Feel free to bring your lawn chairs. Please be mindful of staying socially distanced from other families.
All those in attendance will be required to wear face coverings.
Students are being asked to dress their best for the ceremony.
