DIY Workshop- Custom Wooden Sign

A fun and informative class in which you complete a project. It is a great way to gather your friends or meet new people and walk away with a project made with your own 2 hands!

Our experienced instructors are on hand to guide you through the process. I promise you will feel wildly creative! Bonus! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

You can book a private workshop for you and your friends. Typically these are held on Thursday evenings or Saturday afternoons. You pick the date, time and project. You can also register for a scheduled open workshop. You can view the calendar here.

Each participant will choose a design and complete a sign crafted from pine wood.

Sign classes are $45 no matter which size you choose.

Private Classes need to have a minimum of 4 guests and no more than 12.

Workshops are held in my backyard studio, AKA My Creative Cottage in Waterford.

How many people can attend?

Space is limited to 12 attendees. This number includes the host.

How do I register for a workshop?

All classes are listed in my store on my website for purchase. Here is where you choose your class and pay for the workshop. This is also where you can add your custom information.

When does registration close?

Registration for all workshops will close 72 hours prior to the workshop date. This will give us plenty of time to prepare your custom materials.

Can I change my sign choice when I arrive?

Unfortunately no. All of the materials are designed and created based on your sign choice at the time of registration.

Can I choose my own colors?

YES! You will choose 2 or more colors from the variety of colors we have available.

How can I book a private workshop?

All you have to do is fill out the Private Workshop Request Form. Here you will provide the date and details of the workshop you would like to offer your guests.

Is there a minimum of guests for a Private Workshop?

Yes. You need to have a minimum of 4 guests ( including yourself). If you have less than that, then we will open the class up to the public and seat you and your guests together.

Can we bring snacks and drinks?

When you host a private workshop you are welcome to bring in your own drinks and snacks.
