Dear OUUC members, friends, staff, and ministers,
The Ministerial Search Team invites you to participate in a survey designed to build upon our previous search survey from 2015. This will help us better understand OUUC's spiritual culture, congregational strengths, and development areas, as well as describe our hopes and desires for a new minister. Click here to take the survey.
Please note that the survey takes most people between 20 and 40 minutes to complete. We recommend that you do the survey on a computer or tablet and avoid using phones. We also recommend that you complete the survey in one sitting. If you do not have a computer, we will make a computer available at OUUC, and paper copies of the survey will also be available for those who need it.
The survey will remain open for completion until August 17, 2018. A summary of the survey will be shared with the entire congregation no later than September 25, 2018. If you have any technical issues, please contact any member of the MST and we’ll work to resolve it.
If a survey is not your cup of tea — don’t worry! We will have small focus group meetings (cottage meetings) and one-on-one interview options available to members in September and October.
Thank you for your time and assistance in helping the MST identify the right minister who will serve the congregation of today and into the future.
