Santa Clara County Fire visited Santa Rita Monday to educate our 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade students on 8 important life safety skills.
5th graders wrote letters back to our sister school in Kenya.
1st graders made an art project for witches’ delight with 6th grade buddies!
Santa Rita students and teachers presented at the District Board Meeting Monday night
TK took a field trip to Webb Ranch!

WITCHES DELIGHT, Oct 21st
We need your help. This is an amazing event that only Santa Rita does, but we need a lot of volunteers. Please help out by signing up on this link.
Great Shake Out Drill:
Santa Rita will be participating next Thursday in a nationwide Earthquake Drill called the Great Shakeout. During this time, students will practice the Drop, Cover, and Hold On drill before assembling on the blacktop. You can learn more about the Great ShakeOut here!

Seeking Parent/Community Feedback on Community Health Awareness Council (CHAC)
LASD partners with CHAC to provide school based mental health services at all of our elementary school sites. CHAC is seeking input from the Los Altos, Mountain View, and Los Altos Hills communities to improve their Clinic Services in order to better meet the needs of the community.
