The Husky Career Center's mission is to assist all Huskies in discovering, planning and pursuing post-secondary plans. Whether that is pursuing a 2-4 year degree, joining the military, or straight into the workforce. Students will receive guidance with information regarding college admissions applications, financial aid, armed forces, SAT/ACT prep material, resume building, career exploration.

May Calendar of Events

May 7th: Financial Aid Night

Need some assistance filling out your financial aid application? Join us in the library from 5:30-6:30 and we can assist you in filling out your financial aid application. Please bring your 2023 W2's as well as 2023 Income Tax Documents.

May 17th: TSI Test

If you need to take the TSI Test, please register to take the test. It will be from 9-1.

May 26th: Memorial Day Holiday

School will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.

May 27th: Senior Decision Day Ceremony

We will be hosting a Senior Decision Day Ceremony from 6-7 in the Auditorium for any Senior that would like to be recognized on what their post-secondary plans are. If it's a 2/4 year college, trade school or an enlistment in the military. Proof of acceptance or enlistment is required. Please check your student email for the registration for this event. Families are welcome to attend.

San Antonio Education Partnership (SAEP)

Meet Your Road To Success Advisor: Ms. Perez

Ms. Gonzalez is our Road to Success Advisor here at Oliver Wendell Holmes/NSITE High School. She is on campus every Monday all day. She also hosts workshops during all 3 lunch periods that are needed to qualify for the SAEP Scholarship. Stop by B313 to see her!
