A note about Grapefruit interaction with medication
CLASSIC PROTEIN PANCAKE
2 scoops Arbonne Protein Shake Mix (any flavor)
1 scoop Arbonne Daily Fiber Boost( if desired)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
unsweetened almond milk to desired thickness
BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES WITH BANANA
2 scoops Arbonne Banana Pancake Flavour Protein
1/3 cup Gluten free flour
1/3 cup Dairy free milk
1 egg
1/3 cup mashed bananas
Mix for desired consistency. Add extra Nut Milk if needed.
Drizzle w/blueberries and raspberries sauce and banana slices
Optional vegan whip cream
FLUFFY BANANA PROTEIN PANCAKES
2 scoops arbonne banana pancake protein powder
1/3 cup gluten free flour
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp raw maple syrup
1 banana, mashed
pinch of salt
mix all ingredients and cook on griddle or pan until golden brown — I used vegan butter to cook them in— fluffy & delish 🤤
LITERAL HEAVEN — top with fresh banana and raspberries and raw maple syrup!
BANANA LEMON POPPYSEED PANCAKES
•1 cup almond or Gluten Free flour (or all purpose if not GF)
•1 tbsp baking powder
•1/4th cup Arbonne vanilla or Banana protein
•2 tbsp agave (or maple syrup)
•1 whole lemon juice
•1/2 zest
•1.5 cups water (may need to add more water if needed)
•1.5 tbsp poppyseeds
•Mix!
Lemon glaze:( don’t do
If you are on 30 days)
6 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Fresh blueberries or other berries for serving, if desired

BANANA COCOA PANCAKES
3 Scoops of Arbonne Banana Pancake Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa*
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Mix and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
Or fry on the stovetop using non- stick spray or coconut oil
Makes 4 per batch
* Leave out the Cocoa if you just want Banana Flavoured Pancakes
SINGLE SERVING PROTEIN PANCAKE
1 Scoop of Arbonne Banana Pancake Protein Powder
1 Egg
1/4 cup Water
Mix and fry up like a regular pancake in coconut oil or with non-stick spray.
Sprinkle with Vegan Chocolate Chips if desired.
BANANA BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
2 Scoops of Arbonne Banana Pancake Protein
1 Scoop of Arbonne Fibre Boost (optional)
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Packet of Stevia Sweetener( optional)
1 cup Blueberries
Directions:1. Stir and combine protein powder, fibre boost, egg and stevia packet.
Add water and whisk to desired consistency until all lumps are gone.
Gently fold in blueberries.
2. Grease griddle with coconut oil or spray with cooking spray. Heat griddle to medium.
3. Pour batter onto heated griddle.
Let cook for 2 minutes or so until sides look like they’re starting to set and bubbles start to form.
Flip over and let cook for another 2 minutes or so.
BANANA CHIP WAFFLES WITH CHIA AND WALNUT
BANANA PROTEIN BREAD
Preheat 350 & grease bread pan
Mix in bowl:
1 cup banana
1/2 cup vanilla dairy free yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
Combine with:
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup gluten free almond flour
1/2 cup Banana Pancake protein
1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
Pour in pan and bake 50-60 min
BANANA CHOCOLATE PROTEIN DONUTS
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup Arbonne FeelFit Banana Protein Shake Mix
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 flax eggs or egg substitute
3 tbsp agave
4 tsbp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup almond milk
For frosting:
1 1/2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips ,melted and mixed into
1 1/3 cups coconut cream
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F .
In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Stir in wet ingredients.
The batter should be somewhat thick, but if it is clumpy or difficult to stir, add a little more nut milk or water. Spray your donut pan with oil or cooking spray.
Spoon batter into a ziploc bag, snip the corner off, and pipe donut shapes into your pan
. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow donuts to cool, then dip them in the vegan chocolate frosting.
CHOCO-BANANA CRISPY SQUARES
2 scoops Chocolate protein
2 scoops Banana pancake protein
8 ounces almond butter
1 1/2 cups sprouted rice crisp cereal
1/2 cup of honey or agave
Mix crisps & Protein
Warm honey & almond butter
Mix and roll into balls or press into pan & refrigerate
BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Foil or parchment liners
cooking spray
3/4 cup egg whites
3/4 cup very ripe bananas
1/2 cup plain low-fat greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt)
3/4 cup oats (I used old-fashioned)
2 scoops Banana Cake protein powder
1/4 cup baking stevia
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tray with 12 foil liners and spray with cooking spray. (Note- liners and spray are a must. Muffins made with oats instead of flour tend to stick.)
2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Divide batter between the 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
BANANA COFFEE SMOOTHIE
(with Fibre and greens)
One scoop each of Banana Pancake & Coffee Flavor protein
1 scoop greens balance
1 Scoop of Fibre
1 Tblsp scoop of almond butter
8 oz Water or Nutmilk
Ice to taste
Blend and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE
1scoop Simply 1chocolate ( Or FeelFit Chocolate)
1scoop Banana Pancake
1tbsp Sun butter
8oz water and Ice

- ⅓ cup sliced strawberries (muddled)
- ⅓ cup grapefruit Fizz
- ⅓ cup Strawberry Fizz
- Crushed ice
- Mint or lemon basil for garnish
Spicy Grapefruit Margarita
1.5 shots Espolon Reprasado
0.5 shot of Grand Gala
1 fresh squeezed lime
2-3 small pieces of jalepeno (muddled)
1/2 Grapefruit fizz stick
3-4 oz water
Skinny Margarita Coconut La Croix and Grapefruit Fizz
Strawberry Grapefruit Freeze
(Serves 1)
1 cup Lemon flavoured Sparkling water
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp raw cashews
1 cup coconut water or regular ice cubes
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1 Grapefruit Energy Fizz Stick
Lemon Slices and/or mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend all ingredients, add garnish and serve
STRAWBERRY GRAPEFRUIT SALTY DOG
- 1 cup water and 1 Grapefruit Fizz Stick juice
- 1/2 cup strawberries (hulled, or frozen strawberries)
- 4 oz vodka
- 2 cups ice
- margarita salt (for rims)
- Place a small amount of water in a shallow dish, then add margarita salt to a separate plate. Gently dip the rim of your glass into the water, and coat with the salt. Set aside.
- Add the ice to your blender. Next add the grapefruit Fizz, hulled strawberries, and vodka.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour the frozen mixture into two prepared cocktail glasses. Garnish with a strawberry, lemon wheel, or a sprig of thyme. Enjoy!
