The Social Club is hosting a book fair from October 30th to November 3rd.

All the money raised supports our self contained special education community based instruction trips and activities. It also promotes inclusion through our peer mentors in the social club.

Below is the link for the bookfair. It also allows parents to sign up for eWallet. We also will be accepting cash and credit cards during the fair.

The months of November and December are dedicated to the exploration of the mindset, ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE.

Through the ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE Mindset, we are taught that we can use either the positives or negatives in our lives as a foundation on which to build. Choose the positives, and we are on our way toward extraordinary success! By focusing on the things we have, there is no time to be distracted by what we don’t have.

Suggestions to stay healthy during cold, flu, and COVID season are helpful during this busy time of year. Habits like frequent handwashing, exercising, eating a balanced meal, and getting plenty of rest are the best ways to maintain a healthy immune system. If you experience symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID, please stay home. If you have a temperature greater than 100.0, you must be fever-free without fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before returning to school. Those diagnosed with COVID, whether it be symptomatic or asymptomatic, should be isolated for 5 days, beginning on the first full day of symptoms (or the day you were tested if asymptomatic), and may return to school on day 6 if symptom-free. If you have any questions, you can refer to the guidelines on the district website or speak directly with the School Nurse.

Summer Reading winners were rewarded with a luncheon with Mr. Laughlin and 3 guests!

Congratulations to the Undefeated Conference Champs!!!

Congratulations to the WIS Field Hockey Team! The girls won 12 games and 2 championship titles. They scored 70 goals and went unscored on this season. Way to go, girls!

Congratulations to the Wall Knights D12 cheer team who won first place at last weekends Jersey Shore competition in their division and overall grand champions out of 93 teams! They will move on to Big East in November, a qualifying event for nationals.
