WOW! It's hard to believe we've made it to this milestone. Celebrating our 100 days this year will be different without our parents and families here with us, but we will take videos to share!

¡GUAUU! Es difícil creer que hayamos llegado a este hito. Celebrar nuestros 100 días este año será diferente sin nuestros padres y familias aquí con nosotros, ¡pero tomaremos videos para compartir!

While we are still unable to host visitors on campus, we do appreciate your participation through sending in requested food items with your child. We are asking you to only send in pre-packaged, store bought items. Each teacher will be sending out parent communication about specific party needs.

This is traditionally a day where students are picked up by parents earlier, but we do encourage you all to keep your students in school for the entire day if possible. If you do choose to pick up early, please be aware that it could take some time. For safety purposes (social distancing) we can only allow two sets of parents in the office foyer at a time, and there could be longer waiting times if many families decide to do this. This would mean that there could be a line outside the front doors. Also, if you do choose to pick up early, don't forget to bring your ID & mask for the check-out process. We appreciate you help and understanding!

Si bien todavía no podemos recibir visitantes en el campus, agradecemos su participación al enviar los alimentos solicitados con su hijo. The 2nd grade UIL competition is scheduled for the week of February 22nd. All events will be held on our Shady Grove campus and participants will compete against other Shady Grove students only. The event days and times are tentatively scheduled as follows:

Creative Arts: all submissions turned in by Tuesday, February 23

Storytelling: Competition to take place the morning of February 23

Creative Writing: Competition to take place the morning of February 23

Chess Puzzles: Competition to take place the morning of February 24

Music Memory: Competition to take place the morning of February 24

Winners will be announced by Friday February 26.

Todos los eventos se llevarán a cabo en nuestro campus de Shady Grove y los participantes competirán solo contra otros estudiantes de Shady Grove.
