📯Currently the mellophone section is in first place for the top section. The prize for the top section is a water balloon fight with the directors!
We also have a prize for the top 5 individual fundraisers and for the band as a whole. Please help us keep moving to reach our goals!
If you have any questions reach out to:
If you haven't signed up, please do. The students are counting on you.
The url below takes you directly to the fundraiser and enters the code students need for them. Participation in ALL fundraisers is CRITICAL to the success of our program of over 380 students - money raised through fundraisers like SQUADFUNDS help support the daily operations of our band, including transportation, equipment, uniforms, props, music arrangers and composers, and clinicians. Without fundraisers, our band and student fees would be 33% higher!!!!
- Fundraising on top of fees is an ALL IN endeavor!
- Squad Funds student goal is $200 (stretch goal $350) and overall goal is $75K!
Register for SquadFunds Fundraiser today!

1. Upload photo (clear photo of your face please!!)
2. Select your “team” (section)
3. Enter email addresses (challenge to returning students to add 3-5 new addresses!)
4. Fundraiser will launch Friday! Please upload 20 emails by Thursday, Aug. 10
Docusign must be complete before Friday!
We can not have students perform in any football games or any other outside of school activities with these forms being completed.
Parents and students, please check your spam and email and sign all forms.
Parents and students have each received two emails. The emails came from “Jeff Mabray via
Docusign.” Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them. One will contain just the LISD
Drug Policy & Medical Release; the other will contain all the other forms.
- Please complete all fields, and submit. Once you and your student have completed all fields, you’ll both get an email confirmation telling you “Your Document Has Been Completed.”
- You will want to find 10 to 15 minutes of uninterrupted time where you can sit down and carefully and thoughtfully review each document and the complete ALL required fields and any optional fields that apply to you and your situation.
- Docusign helps you out by filling in some information as you type. For example, once you have entered your student’s name, it should auto-populate in other fields where it is required.
If your family did NOT receive the emails at all or you have questions about the forms, please
reach out to presidentelect@hebronband.org immediately and I will get back with you. Again, we only need one set of forms per student, not per parent/guardian. You do not need to create a docusign account or download their app to complete these forms.
