Message from the Principal
As you know, report cards were published last Wednesday in ASPEN. They will be available to view until December 20th. If you have not had a chance to view them, please do so. If you need support with any part of the process, please reach out. I often tell the story how I was embarrassed to admit after YEARS of being in the same school, I did not know how to access my son's report card. I do not want anyone to feel that way, so no question is too small - please reach out and we will help. I have also included a link (below) with resources to help you access.
I also want to send a HUGE shout out to all of you for supporting our goals to improve attendance. In general, we have seen an increase in student attendance, so thank you! Your efforts do not go unnoticed. This term, we have185 students (53% of students) who will be recognized for outstanding attendance. We use the criteria of missing no more than 1 day in a term. We understand that there are legitimate reasons for missing school and fully support that. That is why we do not focus only on perfect attendance. Having PERFECT attendance is amazing, but I do not want that pressure on any student if they need to take a day (family emergency, sickness, etc.). Can you tell I was one of those students?? Ha!! As we say, students cannot learn if they are not here, so thank you for supporting us in this.
We have a busy week this week - our last FULL week before break. Next week, we have Friday off, making it a short week. Please see below for our spirit days. Hopefully, they are low key enough and do not add any additional stress during this already busy time. As always, our spirit days are optional - NO STRESS! If you have any ideas for future spirit days, please reach out. We are always looking to spice things up.

Attendance All Call
Winter Weather
As the weather gets colder, we want to remind you that we will be going out to recess as often as we can. We will only be indoors if it is wet from rain/snow or if the "feels like" temperature is less than 25 degrees. Please send your child to school with warm clothing (hats, gloves and coats) to help students stay warm in the brisk cold air!
Food Drive
THANK YOU! Our food will be collected this week. Our students had fun collecting items and thinking of others. The class that collected the most was Mrs. Kleinebreil's class! We appreciate all the donations.
What's Happening?
Each week we will be posting updates on what is happening at Studley. Last week, third grade shared a little bit about what the students have been up to! Please take a look and enjoy...
