The Heart Arrow Quest
3 Day Wilderness Adventure for Men
Connect with Nature... Connect with Your Soul
Have you been searching for deeper meaning in your life? Do your dreams and your wildest longings sometimes haunt you with their persistent pleas? Is there a calling you have not yet tended in your life?
You've done enough inner work to recognize that while you may not be living it yet... you hunger to live an authentic life connected to soul and spirit.
The Heart Arrow Quest is for men who want to explore these questions for themselves--with other committed men and supported by guides who know and love this terrain.
Spend 3 Days In Conversation with Nature Discovering Yourself.
Just past the doorway of our fondest hopes, deepest longings and greatest fears, we find the path of the heart arrow.
The Heart Arrow Quest is a 3 day program designed to help you re-vision your life. It was born from Andrew and Mark’s spontaneous work together with dreams, archery, and wilderness questing. The ceremony is a time and place for soul-searching, creativity, inspiration, and renewed commitment—in a spirit of play, adventure and fellowship.
We'll spend the first day in preparation, with story, poetry, dreams, and somatics, working and playing with our intentions. The second day participants will enter the ceremony of a solo quest, listening, speaking, and engaging with the mirror of nature. The third day you will return to the group to explore the gifts of your time alone on the land. We will work together with creativity and spirit to clarify how your vision can be lived going forward.
