Hello SHES Families!

Dear SHES Families,

As we look to our last week of the 2021/2022 school year, all I can say is thank you. Thank you for being so supportive. Thank you for trusting us with your incredible children. Thank you for making my first year memorable. Thank you for being part of our family. This year presented growths and challenges, and I hope you felt we always put your child's best interest above all else. Shadow Hills has always been a remarkable school, only made more impressive by the families, students, and staff that make up its composition.

I look forward to celebrating the beginning of the summer with you this week.

Yearbooks

Due to production issues and shipping delays, our yearbooks will be delayed. We wholeheartedly apologize for the inconvenience, as this is completely out of our control. We will be emailing you a survey to record your choice of in-person pickup (date to follow) or we will ship directly to you, at no cost. We understand that this is disappointing, and we again, apologize for the inconvenience. We will have a delivery date as soon as we receive it. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will keep you updated via email.

Medications

If you have medication in the health office, please make sure to pick up your child’s medication if they are not attending summer school.

Water Bottles

We understand that sometimes students forget their water bottles at home or lose them throughout the day. We have water bottles and/or cups here in the office. We are always in need of water bottle donations to your child's teacher or to the whole school.

Attendance and Work Completion

If your child is missing school for any reason, we have Independent Study Contracts available for your child to complete. Once completed and turned in, your absences will be corrected and will not be an outstanding absence. We are asking that parents complete the electronic signature package as soon as they can do so and then return the completed work as soon as their child returns to school. I appreciate your support!
