The Canvas FAQ, Integrations, and Tips & Tricks course provides a one-stop-shop for all things HCPS Canvas. Here is a highlight of what is included in the course and the future of what will be coming.

The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section provides videos on how to solve some of the most common questions HCPS employees have about Canvas. From How do I manage my Dashboard? to How do I digitally pass out an assignment?, the FAQ page constantly evolves as we continue to grow in our Canvas knowledge. The page also provides a Canvas tutorial for Students section and a place to ask personal Canvas questions to an HCPS Canvas early adopter.
The Tips & Tricks section filters all Canvas information for the HCPS user into three sections:
- Instructor Guide - Includes videos and written instructions for all Canvas tools as they pertain to HCPS.
- Canvas for Elementary - Includes directions exclusively for Canvas for Elementary users.
- Innovation in Learning Webinars - Did you miss or would like to revisit a past webinar? All of them are archived with the instructor's resources.
The Integrations section provides instructions for all 3rd party essential and supplemental integrations. This section is ever evolving as we continue to add 3rd party tools to Canvas. Check here and future newsletters for directions and upcoming integration announcements.
