π€WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE CLASSROOM?
Band and Chorus
On October19th our band and chorus students performed a wonderful show for parents, staff and the community. Great work by all students, Mrs. Civiok, Mrs. Stockslager, and Mr. Sowul for a wonderful performance!
Civic Engagement Class
Mr. Stevens asked Mrs. Jackson to speak to his Civic Engagement 8 class about the roles and responsibilities of being on the town board. Ms. Jackson also discussed some of the issues the town is facing right now. It was a great presentation. The students asked great questions that were prepared based on previous content taught.
Art
Did you see the food display that looked good enought to eat? Mrs. Mullaly's art classes created food such as cake, dunkin donuts drinks and donuts, cinnamon buns, and more through their skils and creativity- way to go!
7th Grade Math
In 7th grade math, students were given the opportunity to challenge their skills in a game of War. The students had a set of cards and math problems based on their content in which they needed to complete the the skill before their opponent.
