ProgressBook

Now is a great time to get in the habit of checking ProgressBook at least once weekly alongside your student. If you have never used ProgressBook before, please contact Janna Eason for your user key, 513.273.3305. Letters with your user key and step-by-step directions have been sent out in the mail.

Tuesday/Thursday Help Sessions

Teachers will be assigning after school help sessions on Tuesday and/or Thursday for any student missing assignments. Please check with your student to be sure they have turned in all of their work! If they haven't, the required help session will be an excellent time for them to get it finished.

Tardies to school

For students who arrive on foot, by bicycle, or by car, please arrive to school on time! We want to see you and help you learn.

Hours of unexcused tardies count toward your absence total. Upon the third unexcused tardy to school (per quarter), administration will issue a lunch detention. Subsequent tardies will accrue either lunch detentions, after school detention, or In School Assignment in order to make up missed time at school.

Families -

1. Please remember that TMS’ drop off begins at 7:45am.

2. When your child is absent from school, it is important that you call the SCHOOL OFFICE by 9am. TMS attendance line is 513.273.3660 (available 24/7).

School Fees - You can view and pay your fees via EZPay. If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 513.273.3302.

Meal prices @ TMS: Breakfast - $1.50 Lunch - $3.65 Milk - .60

Remember, you can place money on your child’s lunch account via EZPay!

Please help your student remember their Student ID number. They will use it everyday if purchasing ANYTHING in the cafeteria. Extras will start the week we return from Labor Day. To purchase extras your student must have cash on hand or money in their account to buy extras. If your student has a negative balance, extras will not be sold to them.

Everyone is asking, 'WHERE IS MY YEARBOOK FROM LAST SCHOOL YEAR?!?' Here is an update: One box of yearbooks was lost in shipping, a total of 38 books. We have been given the date of September 12th for these books to be delivered. The yearbook you ordered will be in your hands very soon! We appreciate your patience and understanding, we are just as excited as you are to see the book!!
