No Equipment Fitness for those with limited movement
Vitality is a light 30-day no-equipment fitness program designed for anyone with a limited range of movement and/or recovering from illness or injury. It’s a perfect program for seniors who are not used to exercise and anyone who is trying to stay active without overloading the body.
The program only includes standing exercises and can be scaled up or down depending on one’s fitness level. The circuits focus on general fitness and wellbeing, workouts include light cardio, upper body strength, tendons focus and stretching.
