Event/ General Information
Marching Band Senior Night - Friday, October 06
Please read through this informational document to learn more about the evening.
Seniors are asked to complete this google form by Monday, September 25. This form identifies who will be accompanying them on the field during senior night.
Marching Band Mentor Night - Friday, September 29
This is a NEW event this year! In August, senior band members selected one mentor they would like to recognize.
The teachers will then be recognized on the scoreboard throughout the game on September 29! More information will continue to be shared as the date approaches. All seniors must complete this google form by Wednesday, September 20.
We are excited to start this new tradition!

Please note: senior headshots are not available for purchase. Individual photos of every student will be taken in the spring.
2023 - 2024 Concert Schedule
Marching Band Uniform Reminders
Uniform contracts and fees were due by Friday, August 25th!
Please place all shoe order forms and payments in the gray lock box in the band room.
As a reminder, all uniform items should be removed from the garment bag during the week to air out.
- Wash the sweat collar after EVERY performance with a mild detergent. AIR DRY.
- The jacket & pants are DRY CLEAN ONLY. DO NOT IRON OR PLACE IN WASHING MACHINE.
- Shoes should be cleaned after EVERY performance
- Gloves can be washed and hung out to dry.
Have repairs? Contact the uniform coordinators at uniforms@eahsmusic.org. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS AT HOME!

2023 Marching Band Schedule
Jacket Sale
School has started and fall is coming, so you know what that means - time to get your band jackets! The sale will run September 5 - 22. You can place orders using the attached form or online at https://eahsmusic.org. Please note that this year's sale will be for the red student jackets only, the black pullovers will be offered online during our fall sportswear sale.
• If you are ordering multiple jackets please use a separate form for each jacket (one check for the total is fine).
• Please submit in a clearly marked envelope titled “Jacket Order” on the front.
• Make checks payable to IMA.
All orders are due no later than September 22, 2023

Disney September Contribution Reminder
There are two options to make this contribution:
- Online
- Check/ Money Order made out to IMA (on memo line, write: child's name - Disney). These can be placed in the IMA lockbox OR mailed to:

September IMA Meeting & Trip Updates
There will be a final mandatory trip meeting on Tuesday, November 14 @ 7:00PM for both students & parents/guardians.
FL Forms - UPDATE
- Overnight Field Trip Form - one per student
- Medical Form - one per student if not completed already
- Medical Administration Form - one per MEDICATION PRESCRIBED BY A DOCTOR. Please note: this form requires a doctor's signature
- IMA Nurse Consent Form - one per student if prescription medication is taken
All forms will be due: Tuesday, November 14.
FL - Rooming, Bus, & Flight Sign Ups
- When signing up for a room, only ONE student per room should submit the form
- When signing up for flights & buses, EVERY student should sign up using the sign up genius
Rooming lists will come out first, followed by bus & plane lists.
FUNDRAISING
Chicken BBQ Dinner
$15 meal includes
- Chicken leg quarter with BBQ sauce on the side
- Two sides: potato salad, coleslaw, or baked beans
- Dinner roll with butter
- Soda or water
- Dessert

Corporate sponsorship of the IMA is integral to the financial well-being of our operating budget supporting the many opportunities afforded our students. The IMA supports over $80,000 in annual expenses, including annual scholarships, marching band operating expenses, uniform care, new instrument/ equipment purchases, maintenance costs, travel opportunities, and more.
As a corporate sponsor of the IMA, there are many benefits your organization would receive, in addition to supporting our students. We hope you consider supporting our wonderful music program. Our students work incredibly hard each year and we hope to be able to continue to support their needs through generous donations such as yours.
How it works
- Ask local businesses to support our program by directing them to our website OR handing them this letter!
- Businesses will complete the form at the bottom of this page.
- Upon completion, businesses will receive email confirmation.
- They will be contacted by our business sponsor chairperson for details re: specifics pertaining to your sponsorship level (advertisement design, etc.). Artwork requirements
