Patriot Peek at the Week News

It has been an exciting week celebrating Red Ribbon Week! Today, students dressed in their costumes, participated in a parade in the gym, and received special treats from PFK for their classroom parties. Please consider joining PFK (Parents for Kids) at Wolf Ridge. This group does a lot for our students and staff. While next week may not be as exciting as this week, our teachers are busy planning fun learning activities for our students. On Wednesday, we will dismiss early for school improvement in the afternoon for our staff. We hope to make it another great week.

We will have a school improvement day on Wednesday. Students will be dismissed on Wednesday at 12:30 PM.

All those that participated in the Junior Lady Patriots program will receive a FREE pass to get into the game on November 1st and receive a FREE popcorn. We hope you will come and cheer on the Lady Patriots!

Students in grades 6th-8th should sign up using the link below if they would like to tryout for junior high volleyball. Tryouts will take place on December 1st and 2nd from 3:30-5:00 at Wolf Ridge. All players must have a current physical on file in the office to be able to tryout.

If you would like to serve on the Wolf Ridge Parent Advisory Committee, please click on the link above and complete the brief form. I would like to have parents represented from each grade level. This committee will meet once each quarter to give feedback and suggestions to the principal about important topics that impact our students at Wolf Ridge.

Weekly Rate for Both Before & After School: $80/week

Weekly Rate for Before School Only: $45/week

Weekly Rate for After School Only: $55/week

DAILY Rate for Both Before & After School: $20/each day

DAILY Rate for Either Before OR After: $15/each day

Full Day Rate for Non-Attendance School Days: $25/each day

(There is a 10% discount for more than one child.)

Please let our PAC Coordinator, Ms. Bassett, know when to expect your child at PAC by emailing jbassett1@bhcusd.org or calling PAC at 618-585-4831. Families can register at anytime at least one week in advance. The registration fee is $25 per family.

This will be a school improvement planning afternoon for teachers.

Please plan to pick up your fundraiser orders on this day anytime from 3:00-6:00 in the cafeteria. Since these items need to be refrigerated, they will need to be picked up during this time.

The Legion will be here in the morning to do a flag ceremony for students in honor of Veteran's Day.

We will not have school on November 11th in honor of Veteran's Day. We will also not have school on that Friday, November 12th.
