Protect, O Lord our families and the land of our birth.
Guard us, we pray, Most Faithful One.
Protect us from our enemies and from Your Just Judgment.
Forgive us, O Sovereign King, our sins against you.
Jesus, You are the King of Mercy.
We have deserved Your Just Judgment.
Have mercy on us, Lord, and forgive us.
We trust in Your Great Mercy.
O most awe-inspiring King, we bow before You and pray;
May Your Reign, Your Kingdom, be recognised on earth.

Annual Community Meeting
There was a very good turn out at the Annual Community Meeting last night and I would like to thank our community for their support.
It has been a big year and it was great to highlight some of our achievements throughout 2023. 2024 promises to be another exciting year with staff changes and future projects that will add another dimension to our school.
Congratulations to Paul Martin for his successful re-nomination for the School Advisory Council in 2024. Our Advisory Council is a very committed group who have the best interests of the school at heart and are a wonderful support to me.
With Kath Anthony stepping down from the P&F committee there is still one place available for someone who would like to be involved in our fundraising and friend-raising efforts. Please come and have a chat if you are interested.

Swimming Lessons
Next week our Year 1 to 6 students have swimming lessons at the Riverton Leisureplex. Can parents please make sure the students are organised with towels, goggles and something warm to wear to and from the pool. Can parents please make sure all belongings are clearly labelled as items tend get misplaced at this time of year. Swimming lessons will take place over the next two weeks.
Transition Morning
On Wednesday 29th November from 9.30 until 10.30am we have our transition morning.
Each class will be moving to their 2024 classrooms to meet their new teacher and become familiar with the environment. We even welcome our new Kindy children to school on that morning. There will be lots of excited students and teachers on 29th November and it promises to be a fun morning.
Christmas Concert
This year we are very excited to again be putting on a Christmas Concert for our community. The concert will take place on Thursday 30th November. Each class from Kindy to Year 6 will be involved along with our choirs. The P&F book awards will also be handed out on this evening.
The timetable for the evening is as follows:
5.30pm - Students to classrooms
5.45pm - Welcome & Prayer
5.50pm - P&F Book Awards
6.05pm - Farewells
6.15pm - Christmas Concert
7.15pm - Christmas Concert Concludes/ Parents to collect students from classroom teacher
Please keep this date in your dairy as it promises to be a special occasion. Watch out for an appearance from a very special visitor!
