DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT-CAPABLE VISIBLE LEARNERS
This strand is offered during session 1 and 2 only
This strand provides the opportunity for participants to understand what it means to develop assessment-capable learners in a student-centered classroom. This session will provide an introduction to Hattie's research in visible learning, and lay the foundation to dive into what it means to be a learner.

STUDENT-CENTERED COACHING FOR BEGINNERS
This strand is offered during session 1 and 3 only
In this session, we will continue our learning in the Student-Centered Coaching Model by introducing the stages of a Student-Centered Coaching Cycle and examining the process for setting the goals of a coaching cycle.

In this session, we will continue to plan for starting off a year of Student-Centered Coaching and discuss integrating Student-Centered Coaching into campus professional learning.

In this strand we will continue our Coaching for Equity journey. Whether you are brand new to this work or have been with us on the journey since the first step, during this session will anchor our work together for the upcoming year.

CHARTING A NEW COURSE IN PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITIES
In this strand, we will focus on authentic learning through the integration of focused district digital tools and emerging trends. Our focus will be on empowering learning, innovative design, and student choice.

EDUPHORIA! BUILDING DEPTH OF UNDERSTANDING
This strand is offered during session 2 and 3 only
This session will focus on getting ready for our upcoming district CBA in Eduphoria. We will explore how to ensure student accommodations are entered, teachers understand how to start the test by proctoring, and how to score self-constructed response items.

INSTRUCTIONAL COACH APPRAISAL OVERVIEW
This strand is offered during 4 only
This session is for anyone who needs an overview of the appraisal process for instructional coaches. The process has not changed from last year, but we are happy to review it for new ICs or returning ICs who just want a refresher.
DIFFICULT VS. COMPLEX

Are you challenging students with activities that are complex or simply difficult? Come join me to investigate the difference and explore simple strategies for adding complexity into any content.
NEW TEACHER ACADEMY CANVAS OVERVIEW
This strand is offered during session 3 only
Are you curious about what direct new teacher support looks like in our district? If you support first and second-year teachers on your campus, this session is for you! We will walk you through the New Teacher Academy Canvas course, the support we offer, and our NEW Digital Interactive Journal. We will solicit your feedback as we begin to build the second semester's Interactive Journal.
ECE ESSENTIALS TO SUPPORT PREK/HEAD START TEACHERS
This strand is offered during session 1 and 4
This session is for elementary coaches with PreK and Head Start teachers who need ECE essential to support them. Please join us to review the following: Framework, Resources, Smore, Google Classroom, CIRCLE and Toilet Training.
SEESAW K-2: LET'S BALANCE LEARNING AND FUN!
This strand is offered during session 1 and 3
Let's increase interactive learning with Seesaw Activities!! Join me as we explore Seesaw's Activity Library for pre-made lessons that will focus on interactive activities that will increase academic achievement in Math, Reading and other K-2 based content areas!
KAMI 3-5: MINDFUL AND MEANINGFUL LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

Let's increase your student's level of engagement with interactive lessons in Kami! Join me as we explore Kami's library of pre-made lessons that focus on 3rd - 5th grade Math and Reading activities to increase academic achievement!
ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES TO SUPPORT STAAR REDESIGN
This strand is offered during session 1
This session is for special education professionals that want to learn more about how different Assistive Technology tools support accessibility for our students across academic subject areas.
CIRCLE Progress Monitoring Tool for ECSE PK Coteach
This strand is offered during session 2
This session is for all special education staff that support the ECSE PK Coteach Classrooms. We will review the ECSE Assessment Plan, Teacher Expectations, Accommodations for the CIRCLE and a brief overview of the CIRCLE Progress monitoring tool.
Coaching Teachers in Content-Based Language Instruction
Participants will deepen their understanding of the "look fors" for content-based language instruction and coaching questions to support teachers in planning for and delivering instruction to Emergent Bilingual students.
