All Warren Township Schools will participate and provide the necessary data to the Division of Family Resources for the 3rd round of the Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT). The funds will begin to be mailed out to your home on January 31, 2021. It is essential that you keep your card, as additional P-EBT assistance will be loaded back onto this same card. Again, PLEASE KEEP THIS CARD. Students are not permitted to run after the bus for any reason. If your child leaves an item on the bus, he or she will retrieve it the next day. If your child misses the bus, they should return home and notify you immediately. Feel free to call our front office if you need additional assistance. Thanks in advance for assisting your child’s bus driver with keeping every child safe.

WIDA testing has begun for all identified English Learner students. If your child’s learning environment is virtual, you will be contacted to arrange a date for testing. You can bring your child to school on their designated testing date or your school can arrange transportation. Please complete this form if your child will require transportation. Please note that if your child will be using bus transportation, they will remain at school for the entire day. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Kristi Hill at khill5@warren.k12.in.us.

Hello Grassy Creek families! First, let me thank everyone for their continued support of our annual Red Out Day and the American Heart Association. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing error, the American Heart Association only sent Grassy Creek a few shirts in youth sizes with the majority of the shirts sent in adult sizes. Due to this error and lack of inventory, I will be returning all funds that have been sent in for shirts. Even though we are unable to purchase the shirts, this does not mean that our Red Out Day has to be cancelled. Instead, I am proposing that all students wear any red shirt in support of the American Heart Association at no cost on Friday, February 12th. I am terribly sorry to make this announcement and apologize for any extra hassle or disappointment this has caused our students looking forward to this. As always, thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing everyone in red on Friday, February 12th!

Moorhead technology help desk is located at door 11 at the rear of the building near the playground. Please drive through the gate on the west side of the building and, after parking, enter door 11 for assistance. The Technology team will keep these hours for the help desk: Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 11am to 1pm.
