First Trimester News

Open House & Enrollment

Online Enrollment is open now and will be available until school starts for returning Salthawks and new to the district students. To access online enrollment, visit the district website HERE. Returning Salthawks will need to use their Skyward login to enroll. If you do not have that login information, please call our office for help, 620-615-4700.

Tuesday, August 2nd, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm is our in-person Enrollment Day and Open House. Visit anytime to use our Chromebooks to complete the enrollment application. Students will receive their 1st Tri schedule and may explore the building to find their lockers & classrooms. This is a great day to bring in your Sports Physicals, Current Vaccination Records, Proof of Address document, and deposit lunch funds or school fees.

Enrollment Fees for 2022-23 is $65, there is also an option to preorder the yearbook and buy an activity pass. School Meals are no longer free for all students, you must complete the Free & Reduce Meals Application to qualify for reduced or free meals and fees.

Every household must annually provide a current Proof of Address. Acceptable forms of address documentation are listed HERE.

There are REQUIRED VACCINATION BOOSTERS needed for 7th graders, please see your health care provider before school starts to get these boosters and bring the updated record to HMS7 as soon as possible. Students will not be able to attend school without current records. If you have questions about your health records, our nurse will be available beginning August 1st, call 620-615-4702.
