We have a lot to celebrate this weekend! Our precious second-grade students have been preparing all year for their First Holy Communion. This Saturday some of our second graders will receive the body and blood for the first time. May God guide them and protect them as they continue to grow in their faith!
Our parish is such a special place. It unites us as one body that is bonded by our faith. Being together again as one family seems way overdue. That is why we have been looking forward to the parish picnic this weekend. Please join us at 2 pm for Mass and the festivities begin directly afterward from 3-8 pm.
Additionally, we are celebrating 35 years of our wonderful Catholic school on Sunday, May 1st. Mass at 10:30 is at church with a lunch a short ceremony honoring our staff members that dedicated many years to our community from 11:45-1 pm. Come take a walk down memory lane with us!
Having the preschool in our building this school year has been a true blessing. As the year has gone on we have been re-evaluating the structure and functionality of the program within our school building. Next school year the preschool will fall under the school umbrella and Mrs. Bridges will become the full-time enrollment manager working in the office alongside Mrs. Beisser and me. Mrs. Bridges has done a great job this school year with enrollment efforts and we look forward to all the possibilities that next year brings.
