Welcome back, everybody! At the beginning of the week, the staff developed our first draft of our 5-year strategic plan. The collaboration process went so well. The future looks bright for Holy Cross. Part of the process is surveying the community as we want this to be a collaborative process. We would love your feedback. The preliminary plan has us excited and we cannot wait to share it with everyone once it is finalized. We would love 100% participation in this survey. Holy Cross 2022-2023 Early Bird Enrollment begins on Wednesday, January 12. We hope everyone plans on joining us for another great school year. If you have anyone interested in joining our school community, there are various scholarship opportunities available. We are happy to give a tour and show off our awesome school. Please reach out to the school office with any questions.
Although the first of the week started off so well as we reunited with our students and staff, Covid continues to burden us all with safety precautions and concern from the new Omicron variant. Please know we are taking all measures to keep everyone safe. We are listening to local school district updates, collaborating with the Archdiocese and JOCO Catholic Schools, and reviewing the CDC and JCDHE recommendations. We are anticipating a finalized draft with updates from the JCDHE next week. We will be sharing any new guidance as we receive it from the health department. Until everything is finalized for JCDHE school guidance, please be patient with us. With the positivity rate increasing rapidly due to the holidays, we want to keep everyone safe and protect the learning environment. Once again, we are navigating a challenging situation the best we can and I know we will get through this together. Our community has proven to work as a team and we will do it again. #HCStrong
