Reminders About Gym During Lunch
Just a few reminders about being in the gym during lunch:
- Behavior expectations remain the same IN the gym as they are outside the gym.
- Inappropriate language and behaviors are not allowed and will result in you being removed for the next day. This includes tackling, rough play, throwing balls at each other, kicking volleyballs/ soccer balls back and forth across the gym and using profanity.
- You may not bring food into the gym, so if you are still eating your lunch, you need to do so in the cafeteria, not in the gym.
- If you are doing nothing more than just standing around in the gym, then you do not need to be in there.
- Everyone needs to help clean up when the bell rings. It is not ok to just kick the balls to the corner of the gym for someone else to clean up. Take the ball, walk it over and put it away.
- Nothing should be left in the gym, including water bottles, chips, trash...
- Always be safe.
- Remember, it is not required to have the gym open during that time and if you wish to see it continue to be open, you need to be following all behavior expectations.

IF YOU NEED TO REPORT A THREAT, HERE'S HOW
FUN FACT I BET YOU DIDN'T KNOW!
THERE'S SUCH A THING AS AN ICE VOLCANO.
Enceladas, one of Saturn’s moons, has another curious feature. Its southern polar region contains “cryovolcanoes” —an exotic type of geyser that spews ice instead of magma. It happens when ice deep below the surface gets heated and turned into a vapor that then erupts into the moon’s chilly atmosphere as ice particles.
