COACH OF THE YEAR - SOCCER

We would like to give a Big Cougar Congratulations to

Coach John Peifer, as he was named Coach of the Year in the Suburban Conference.

Coach Peifer has been coaching soccer at AHS for 27 years, and he has most certainly deserved this honor! Congratulations Coach!

CROSS COUNTRY DISTRICTS

Cross Country "had a strong finish to a great season at Districts in Hillsboro. A few more PR’s and emotional last runs for seniors. Can’t say enough about this wonderful group of athletes!" said Coach Walker. He went on to say "A Big congratulations to Senior, Evelyn Berger for a great PR"

ATHLETIC FEES - WINTER SPORTS

For those participating in a fall, winter, or spring sport, there will been a $25 athletic fee added on their Tyler account. This will need to be paid through the parents' Tyler account. Students will not be allowed to participate in future sports until this fee is paid. Students that do not have all fines paid in full by graduation, will not be able to participate in the graduation ceremony.

FALL PLAY - OUR TOWN

"Our Town" will be held in the Judy Rethswich Auditorium on November 19, and November 20. Ticket prices are $7 for adults and $5 for students. Play times for both nights is 7:30 pm

ORCHESTRA CONCERT

Come out and watch the wonderful Orchestra members as they perform "Outer Space" on December 10! They have been working hard and ready to perform!

HONORS CHOIR CONCERT

The Honors Choir Event took place last weekend. There was 166 choir members in this years All-District Choir!

What a way to represent AHS! Nice job Cougars!

BASEBALL - WINTER WORKOUTS

Coach Uthoff will be holding winter workouts in the upper gym. This will take place every Thursday leading up to the Baseball season. It will give you an opportunity to get some swings in the cage and allow pitchers to throw. This is NOT mandatory. **Please note, if you are playing a winter sport, per MSHSAA you cannot participate in this winter workout.** This is optional and not mandatory.

CYBERPATRIOTS

Cyberpatriots will meet in Mrs. Koblents room on Tuesday, November 16, at 2:20.

SPEECH/DEBATE CLUB

Speech/Debate Team Practice will be held on Tuesday, November 16, at 3:00pm. in Mr. Kozak's room. The Team will be participating in the Ladue Novice Invitational.
