November: A Month of Gratitude
Thank you for making our fall parties and our Pinktober events so successful! We raised over $500 for Cancer Services of Randolph County! We appreciate your continued support of our efforts as vital partners.
We also appreciate the families that took time to attend our fall literacy night. It was an important first-step towards understanding changes to literacy instruction at Randolph Central. We plan on having a second event next semester.
Please take note of some of our upcoming events. While November is a short month, we are going to include a lot of opportunities for reflection and gratitude.

Reminders from the Clinic
- Students must be fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication before returning to school.
- Cough drops and other OTC medications sent in to school MUST come in to the office and cannot be sent to school in a backpack for students to manage. Ideally, the office would receive a call or notification before such items are sent in.
Important Information for Dismissal Changes
Please call the school office at (765) 584-5581 option 4 for any dismissal changes. If you are unable to call, you can email Mrs. McHolland, our School Secretary, at HMcHolland@randolphcentral.us.
Messaging or emailing the classroom teacher during the day is not a reliable method.
When you call or email the office for changes, every change we are aware of gets communicated to the classroom at the end of the day as a reminder. Going through the office supports a system set up to remind the student/teacher of changes prior to dismissal.
I appreciate your understanding of this policy, and that following this procedure allows us to keep your student safe and get them to the correct destination.
