Physical Wellness with Mr. Metz:
Physical Wellness with Ms. Krause:
We have finished up our floor hockey unit and all the students did a great job at using their sticks safely. Our lower elementary students got a chance to practice shooting and being a goalie. Second grade through fifth grade, students demonstrated their skills in mini 4v4 hockey games and learned how to do a faceoff. The following weeks, we will be starting volleyball. We will be working on bumping, setting, and an underhand serve. I have noticed many students have played volleyball or have seen their siblings play volleyball which is exciting! I hope you enjoyed your mid-winter break!
