A MESSAGE FROM MRS. LUNA

Hello Hilltop families,

Join me tonight at Park Elementary gym 6:30-8:00 for the Jingle Ball sponsored by PTO. Free will donation will be collected.

How can the countdown to holiday break already be here? In just a few short days we will be gathering for our Annual Holiday Concert at the Middle School/High School Auditorium. Children should arrive at 6:15 to get lined up. The concert starts at 6:30. A huge shout-out to Mrs. Weick for all of the hard work she puts into getting children ready to perform for you. Another shout-out to Mrs. Malphurs who will be displaying children's artwork around the auditorium on concert night.

Each month we draw 5 names from the children who turn in their reading logs. November's Scholastic book winners are Charlie K., Jace N., Olvia G., Bella M., and Sophia W. Thanks to Maureen's Readers for providing funding for this fun incentive for Hilltop students.

Writer in Residence!

Mr. Peters shared his passion and talent for writing with the 4th graders this week. Congratulations to Autumn Kolter and Ulises Olvera, whose work was chosen last year for publication!

The Nutcracker

Park, Hilltop, and St. Anne's students enjoyed a performance of, "The Nutcracker" this week. This activity was made possible in part by a grant from the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council with funds appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature from its general fund.

Concert Practice Dismissal Reminder

Hilltop's holiday concert is coming up on December 15th! During the afternoon on this day we will be practicing at the MS/HS, therefore will be dismissing from the MS/HS. If you haven't done so already, please fill out the google form attached here so we know how to dismiss your child on this day. Or send the paper form back that was sent home last week. Thank you!
