The Prowler
Week of October 31, 2022
From Mr. Moreno's Desk:
Teachers, Staff, Parents, and Students,
On Tuesday, November 1, 2022 we will host our fifth Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program session at 2:00 in the RHMS Library. Progress reports were issued last Wednesday. Parents...if you have any concerns regarding your child's grades please do not hesitate in reaching out to your child's teachers so that together we may work in creating a successful plan for your child. In addition, I cannot stress enough the importance of having your child in school every single day. Every day counts! If your child is out due to illness, please make sure you send either a doctor's excuse or a handwritten note so that the absence may be marked as excused.
Finally, a friendly reminder that Rio Hondo Middle School is holding a Food Drive to benefit the Rio Hondo ISD Food Pantry. Non-perishable canned foods and unexpired goods will be accepted through November 11, 2022.

“If we can’t think of a single good quality about a child, we haven’t built good enough of a relationship YET to figure it out. EVERY child has good qualities!” #HackingSchoolDiscipline
