Important Message from HMS

At 2:45pm today, Hedgesville Middle School administrators were made aware of an inappropriate questionnaire that was produced and disseminated by a student. The context of the questionnaire had threatening undertones, which may have alarmed many students. The incident was investigated immediately and there was found to be no threat against Hedgesville Middle School, its students, or faculty. Hedgesville Middle School and Berkeley County Schools take anything that could be perceived as a threat very seriously and take no chances when it comes to the safety of our HMS family.
