Please remember that only service dogs are allowed to attend school events. As much as I LOVE pets, they cannot attend Trunk-or-Treat.

Please remember that bus changes cannot be approved this school year. I am sorry for the inconvenience but we do not have the resources to be able to accommodate the requests.

Please send a refillable water bottle to school with your child each day.

Tuesday, November 8 - Remote Learning Day

Two of our school sites are designated as polling locations for Election Day: Tuesday, November 8, 2022. In anticipation of this community need, November 8 has been identified on the 2022-23 school calendar as a remote learning day for students. This means students will not come on site to school on this day. Teachers will provide asynchronous activities for student to complete offsite. Teachers will also hold office hours to assist students as needed. More information will be provided by your child's classroom teacher closer to this date.

Looking for assistance with food or clothing for your family? Do you need extra assistance around the holidays? Goochland Schools is working with various organizations to provide our families in need with school supplies, food, holiday assistance, and clothing. If your family needs extra assistance, please complete this form and we will do our best to assist or connect your family with an organization that can assist you!

I know this is early but I wanted to let you know that GES will be collecting soup, green beans, rice, apple sauce now through November 17th. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
