BES Wildcats ROAR
Week of Tuesday, September 11 through Friday, September 15
Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Monday, we will kick off our school fundraiser! We are asking that each child set a goal to sell 12 items. This fundraiser will support off-setting the cost of field trips to families. We are hoping to take trips that support learning, but transportation and cost of trips is an obstacle for our school. This is a catalog/online sales fundraiser. Students will get incentives for each level of sales, and any student that sells 12 items will qualify for a Gaming Truck Incentive. Pick up of items will be in October near the parent conference date.
We are glad to welcome our parents and families to eat lunch with their own child . Visitors should not pull other students to eat with their child. If you are coming for lunch, please make sure that you have your ID to check in and get a badge. Visitors should report to the sunroom to eat with their child. Once lunch is over, the student should return to their class for dismissal, and the parent/visitor should return to the office for check out. Visitors should not travel down the hallways or other places in the building. Thank you in advance for your help with this safety matter!
Interims and iReady reports will come home this week. We will begin scheduling parent conferences now for third graders. If you would like to schedule a conference please reach out to your child's teacher.
Please consider joining the PTO using the following link: https://forms.gle/7WXXrA9f1F4KddHU7
Our PTO has done some wonderful things for our students and staff, and wants to continue that work this year. There are different ways to participate and we would love your support! Joining the PTO is a wonderful way to support your child and our school community! Thank you in advance for being an active member of the BES community.
