Fundraising Corner
Squadfunds Fundraiser The url below takes you directly to the fundraiser and enters the code students need for them. Participation in ALL fundraisers is CRITICAL to the success of our program of over 380 students - money raised through fundraisers like SQUADFUNDS help support the daily operations of our band, including transportation, equipment, uniforms, props, music arrangers and composers, and clinicians. Without fundraisers, our band and student fees would be 33% higher!!!!
- Fundraising on top of fees is an ALL IN endeavor!
- Squad Funds student goal is $200 (stretch goal $350) and overall goal is $75K!
- Right now we have 130 students who have NOT signed up to participate in SquadFunds. We need everyone to be #AIATT if we want to make this year a success!

Volunteer Sign-ups and Opportunities
Here are our volunteer opportunities for the week of August 13th (and a few to plan ahead for).
- The props are ready for painting, and we need help if they’re going to get completed in time! So please wear your painting clothes and come help us this week!
- We also have over 100 volunteer spots that need to be filled to help with Marching Uniform Fittings this Saturday the 19th. You do not need to have experience or be qualified to fit uniforms, just sign-up and we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- And don’t forget, you must be background checked to work with the kids! It’ll take you 5 minutes, so please click the button below for step-by-step instructions for that simple process! Don’t delay, it can take a few days to get your approval back from the district!
- If you’ve already submitted your background check application, please don’t forget to go back into Voly, once you are approved, and join the Hebron Band Event. If you click the button below, and go to step 3, there’s a link that will take you straight to the event.
- If you have any questions reach out to Nikki Wilson at volunteers@hebronband.org
GND Orders are due TOMORROW!
Students have a very short time after school on Fridays to eat before preparing for a game and even less time for away games. The HBBC has arranged for meals to be delivered to the school to make your life easier. For $8.00 a meal ($80.00 pre-paid for the season), your band student can have a warm meal delivered to the school.
We're excited to partner with the following restaurants this year for our dinners: Carrabbas, El Paisa, Bread Zeppelin, Walk Ons, Dillas, Chicken Express, Panda Express and Dominos!
- How do I order? Order meals here: HBBC Fall 2023 GND Orders
- How do I pay? We accept cash, check or credit card (fees apply). The order form has details.
- What's my deadline? We'll accept orders until Sunday August 13th
Want to help? Join our GND team! We need help organizing and serving meals. Please click on volunteer button to sign up.

Docusign must be completed ASAP!
We sent out our Docusign documents to parents and students about 10 days ago. As of August
6th - we still have about 340 forms waiting to be signed / filled out. Parents, please encourage
your students to login their email and sign the forms.
Parents and students have each received two emails. The emails came from “Jeff Mabray via
Docusign.” Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them. One will contain just the LISD
Drug Policy & Medical Release; the other will contain all the other forms.
- Please complete all fields, and submit. Once you and your student have completed all fields, you’ll both get an email confirmation telling you “Your Document Has Been Completed.”
- You will want to find 10 to 15 minutes of uninterrupted time where you can sit down and carefully and thoughtfully review each document and the complete ALL required fields and any optional fields that apply to you and your situation.
- Docusign helps you out by filling in some information as you type. For example, once you have entered your student’s name, it should auto-populate in other fields where it is required.
We can not have students perform in any football games or any other outside of school
activities with these forms being completed.
If your family did NOT receive the emails at all or you have questions about the forms, please
reach out to presidentelect@hebronband.org and I will get back with you. Again, we only need
one set of forms per student, not per parent/guardian. You do not need to create a docusign
account or download their app to complete these forms.
