In Glendale Unified, we are honored to recognize and celebrate the many cultures that make up our diverse district and take this special opportunity to celebrate the histories, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latinx Americans in our community and beyond.
We invite you to join Glendale Unified Adelante Latinos and Glendale Library Arts and Culture for a month-long speaker series. Hear experiences and stories from renowned Latinx professionals who serve their communities in wonderful and different ways.

The LA County Department of Public Health is expected to release new modified quarantine guidelines for K-12 schools this week. We will continue to update our community as new information becomes available.

Each month, Dr. Ekchian will share the latest updates and information with our community. These virtual presentations will take place via Zoom and recordings will be posted on the Glendale Unified YouTube channel.

We continue to strongly encourage and promote weekly COVID-19 screening testing for all students and employees. Glendale Unified has administered more than 20,000 COVID-19 tests since August 13, with 3,840 students opted in for weekly COVID-19 screening testing.
If you would like your child to participate in weekly COVID-19 screening testing, please complete our opt-in form at www.gusd.net/COVIDTesting.
