News From the Nest: SENIOR EDITION

• MAY 10: TICKETS GO ON SALE FOR MAIN EVENT. $20.00 AND MUST BE PASSING ALL REQUIRED CLASSES. THERE ARE ONLY 75 TICKETS AVAILABLE. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
• MAY 11: SENIOR AWARDS CEREMONY IN THE PAC @ 9AM
• MAY 13 AND 14: SENIOR FINALS
• MAY 16: BACCALAUREATE @ 4PM. SENIORS NEED TO BE AT SUNNYLANE BAPTIST CHURCH AT 3:30PM
• MAY 17: SENIOR BREAKFAST @ 8AM IN THE COMMONS. WE WILL BE WATCHING THE SENIOR VIDEO, PASSING OUT THE FRESHMEN LETTERS. YOU WILL GET YOUR SIGNING PAGE FOR YOUR YEARBOOK TO GET SIGNATURES FROM EVERYONE
• MAY 18: MAIN EVENT -Hey guys, due to the low number of ticket sales to Main Event. We are changing the venue to Andy's Altitude. We will be there from 11-3 that day. Say you are with DC Seniors and get a deal at the door. See you Tuesday Jenkins
• MAY 20: HONOR WAVE. SIGN UP FOR YOUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON JENKINS' DOOR. MUST HAVE A 3.0 GPA TO ATTEND. MEET AT YOUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WITH CAP AND GOWN ON AT 8AM.
• MAY 21: SENIOR SUNSET @ 7:30PM IN THE SENIOR PARKING LOT. BRING SOME ICE CREAM!!
• MAY 22: GRADUATION 6PM. SENIORS MEET AT THE FAIR GROUNDS AT 5PM.

Seniors, the dress code for graduation is as follows.

The cap and gown and only school provided cords and stoles.

Do NOT paint your cap. Painted caps are not allowed to walk.

This is a formal event. Please remember to dress accordingly.

· NO BALLOONS - If balloons are in the facility and accidently released we are responsible for the cost of the removal of the balloons. Mylar balloons cause havoc with the electrical system and can cause thousands of dollars of damage which we would be responsible for.

· NO DRONES OR UNMANED AIRCRAFTS

· NO AIR HORNS OR OTHER NOISE MAKING DEVICES –Please honor this day in a respectful manner.

· No Alcoholic Beverages

· No Smoking or vaping in any buildings on the fair grounds.

Firearms are Prohibited whether they are concealed or unconcealed
