Mountain View Weekly Update

- In Advisory today, students learned about what traits help a person become resilient when facing stressful circumstances. Social and emotional skills that increase resilient thoughts and behaviors were reviewed, along with a video highlighting an exceptionally resilient group: participants in the 2016 Rio Paralympics Games! We hope you had the opportunity to be a part of the Advisory experience with your child while we're eLearning from home.

- As we all navigate these challenging times together as a school community, here's a useful approach for reframing anxious thoughts - both for ourselves and our children.
