Reflections
Thank you for taking the time to reflect and share your honest opinions on the survey given on Wednesday. As we take stock of what is working well and what improvements we need to make, we have collected a TON of data. I would like to begin sharing some of that in this week's newsletter so I apologize but this is going to be a lengthy one.
First, I would like to share with you some general overall themes that emerged:
Professional Development
Relationship between SSD and Lindbergh staff
Overall Positive Feedback
Relationships
Discipline
Staff Meetings
Communication
Feeling of Gossip
Office Concerns
Principal Feedback
It is going to take a great deal of processing to be able to effectively address/tackle these concerns but I promise you that we hear you. Liz and I are here to serve. We want this to be a place of LOVE and HAPPINESS each and every day you come to work. Considering we spend so much of our time at Concord, we should expect this for all. I truly love being your principal and sincerely want this to be a place where we all feel we can do our best work. That being said, I hope you feel inspired to dig in right along with me as we analyze this feedback
To begin, I am going to share the graphs from the survey.

Lunch Counts: Please make sure to check your lunch sheets before sending to the office. We are noticing an increase in errors where kids are bringers but are being charged because another student has marked in the wrong spot. Thanks for your help with this.
Location in the Building: If you are going to be in a different location in the building that is not normal for you, can you let the office know? For example, if you head to a buddy class or partner with another grade level for something, it is helpful to know so we can locate students when a parent arrives to office.
Thank You BOE!
